The Mineral Baths in Solec-Zdrój draw on the local sulphide water for which this spa town is known. The complex lies in Busko county, about eighteen kilometres from Busko-Zdrój, on the edge of the Ponidzie region. Alongside the pool area it houses a rehabilitation clinic and catering facilities.
The heart of the venue is the therapeutic pool filled with chloride-sodium, iodide, bromide and sulphide water. Next to it are recreational pools, paddling pools for children and an outdoor pool with sun loungers. The wellness zone offers saunas, a jacuzzi, showers, a plunge tub and a cold water bucket.
The programme includes aqua aerobics, water gymnastics, fitness classes and swimming lessons, and themed sauna nights are held as well. After bathing you can eat in the restaurant or rest in the café. Solec-Zdrój is a quiet spa town, a convenient base for trips to the Vistula and to the steppe reserves around Busko.
