Lake Jamno seen from deck

Cruises on Lake Jamno are an alternative to sunbathing in Mielno — only a narrow spit separates the lake from the Baltic, and going out on the water shows the seaside resort and the shoreline from a completely different angle.

Boats and piers

Several vessels are available: the ship Mila and the yachts Tramp and Pionier, as well as the water tram Koszałek. Mila and Tramp leave from beside the ticket office, housed in a building shaped like a miniature lighthouse, Pionier departs from the pier on Orła Białego Street, and Koszałek from the point on Prądno Street.

Good to know

Cruises last from twenty to about forty-five minutes depending on the vessel and run in the summer season in favourable weather. The water tram Koszałek has been adapted to carry wheelchair users.
