AdrenaLinaPark operates in Podlesice, in the municipality of Kroczyce, Silesian Voivodeship, within the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. The courses are strung among trees next to the Ostaniec Hotel, at the foot of the Góra Zborów nature reserve. The park opened in 2013 and has been expanded since.
The standard course is 250 m long and has 20 obstacles: climbing walls, zip lines, bridges, nets, loops and footbridges; it is intended for people taller than 140 cm. The junior course measures 120 m with 12 obstacles — ladders, bridges, nets, zip lines and footbridges — and admits children from the age of six. One circuit takes about an hour.
Besides the rope park, the operator runs a dynamic shooting range, outdoor games, rock climbing sessions, training in caving rope techniques and exploratory cave trips. It is a convenient complement to a trip to Góra Zborów and the Podlesice rocks, one of the most popular climbing areas in the upland.
