Al. Wolności 11, Nowa Sól
Park Krasnala in Nowa Sól is an extensive amusement park for children, regarded as the largest facility of its kind in Lubusz Province. It stands on al. Wolności, close to the town centre, and operates seasonally — from April to October.
The park’s hallmark is its collection of garden gnome figures, among them Soluś, a five-metre gnome considered the largest in the world. Play areas include four playgrounds, one of them for toddlers, bouncy castles, electric cars, boats on a shallow pool, gaming machines and an 8D cinema.
A mini zoo on site houses llamas, peacocks, goats, donkeys, horses and raccoons. There are also walking paths, an Aztec maze and themed spots such as wigwams and a witch’s hut. The park hosts birthday groups — the offer includes entertainers in fairy-tale costumes, face painting and cake decorations.
