The Sports and Recreation Centre in Sędziszów is an extensive sports and leisure complex located almost in the middle of town, in the north-western part of the Świętokrzyskie region. It combines an indoor swimming pool, a spectator sports hall and open-air recreation grounds.
The water zone is the heart of the site: a sports pool, a leisure pool, a jacuzzi, saunas and slides for adults and children. Alongside it there is a fully equipped gym, a sports hall and pitches for football, volleyball and basketball. A skatepark has been built for teenagers.
A campsite operates on site, together with rental of kayaks, bicycles and go-karts, which makes it possible to plan more than a short stop in Sędziszów. Three sports clubs are based here, among them a winter swimming club and a tennis league, so competitions are often held on the grounds.
