Ośrodek Jeździecki Gonitwa operates on Niedziałkowskiego Street in Tarnowskie Góry, in the northern part of the Upper Silesian conurbation. It breeds Lipizzaner horses, and the stables also hold horses of other breeds and ponies trained to work with beginners.
The core of the offer is riding lessons for children and adults, from a first contact with a horse to training for advanced riders. The centre also runs hippotherapy and carriage rides for weddings and other occasions. An indoor arena allows riding regardless of the weather, which extends the season across the whole year.
Tarnowskie Góry joined the UNESCO list thanks to its historic silver mine and the Black Trout Adit, both open to visitors a few kilometres from the stables. Nearby there is a sports and leisure complex with a water park, and a little further the park in Świerklaniec. A visit to Gonitwa easily grows into a full-day programme.
