The park in Pokój surrounds the village of the same name in the Namysłów district and lies within the Stobrawa Landscape Park. It is an extensive garden layout linked to a former ducal residence and one of the best known sites in this part of the Opole region. A dense network of walking and cycling paths crosses the grounds.
The park combines two systems: a formal French garden with geometric beds and a free English section whose composition imitates a natural landscape. The latter clearly dominates, and the absence of symmetry is a deliberate design choice typical of romantic landscape gardens.
Garden surprises are scattered among the trees: a sleeping lion statue, the statue of Gratitude, the Temple of Old Fritz, the Elysium and remnants of former structures. An imposing pine more than two centuries old also grows here. Visiting is free and possible at any time of year.
