The Pszczelnik sports complex lies almost in the centre of Siemianowice Śląskie. Visitors have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a sports hall with a court, a football pitch, four tennis courts and a recreation area. The facility is run by the municipal sport and recreation centre.
Right next to it stretches the Pszczelnik park, protected as an ecological site. Pedunculate oaks and common beeches grow here, some of them natural monuments, and the undergrowth matches oak-hornbeam and riparian forests. A curiosity is Ascotremella faginea, a rare fungus threatened with extinction.
This is a place for families who want to combine activity with rest outdoors. Great spotted woodpeckers, lesser spotted woodpeckers and robins are easy to notice among the treetops, so binoculars come in handy. Walking in the park is free; the sports facilities are used according to the centre's rules.
