The municipal park stretches along the shore of Lake Trzesiecko, within the administrative boundaries of Szczecinek. It is a green belt linking the town centre with the waterline, with a promenade and paths running right by the shore. Thanks to that layout, a walk through the park turns naturally into time spent by the lake.
The old stand includes beeches, oaks, limes and maples, and several specimens are protected as natural monuments. Towards the water the view opens onto the lake, popular with sailors and anglers. The shoreline greenery gives shade even on hot days.
Municipal cycle routes circling the lake pass through the park, so a walk can be combined with a longer ride. Outdoor gyms and playgrounds have been set up, and seasonal cafés operate along the promenade. The ground is flat and comfortable for pushchairs and for older visitors.
