The Experymentarium Science Centre is located on Drewnowska Street in Łódź, within the Manufaktura complex arranged in former textile mills. The rule here is the opposite of a classic museum: the exhibits have to be touched, because otherwise they will not work.
The display gathers interactive experiment stations, educational toys and logic games that explain physical, technical and natural phenomena through hands-on attempts. A separate part is the NATURE – Animals and Human exhibition, showing how the world of animals and people works. Multimedia are complemented by demonstrations led by staff.
Individual visitors can take part in a family themed game and try VR goggles, and they may also book a birthday party. School trips and organised groups are offered packages matched to the age of the participants. The interiors are roofed, so the venue works in any weather.
