Warszawska 21, Wieś Otrębusy
The Museum of Motoring and Technology is located in Otrębusy in Pruszków County, less than thirty kilometres from the centre of Warsaw. The private collection holds over three hundred vintage cars, lorries and motorcycles, from models of the early 20th century to vehicles of the communist era.
Among the exhibits are a pre-war Adler, the popemobile of John Paul II and a Porsche 911 that belonged to the singer Maryla Rodowicz. The display is completed by vintage bicycles, horse carts, radio sets, gramophones, cameras, typewriters and everyday objects from decades past.
The collection is shown in halls, so a visit does not depend on the weather, and the spacious interiors make moving with a pram easy. The museum also organises rides in vintage cars and buses and makes its vehicles available for special occasions.
