Krzywa 1, Muszyna
The Regional Museum of the Muszyna Estate occupies a historic house on Krzywa Street in Muszyna and is run by the municipal cultural centre. Its collections tell the story of the culture, everyday life and art of the town and of the surrounding Poprad valley.
The name refers to the former bishops' domain, which for centuries had its own administration, courts and armed force. The museum shows mementoes of the Muszyna starostas and of former townspeople, as well as exhibits connected with the Lemkos and with the Jewish community that once lived in the area.
A separate room presents works by Nikifor Krynicki and by local folk artists. The building also houses a tourist information point and a conference room used for talks, concerts and temporary exhibitions. It makes a convenient first stop before exploring the spa town and the nearby trails.
