Ski & Sun lies in Świeradów-Zdrój, at the foot of Stóg Izerski. The heart of the complex is the gondola lift, which runs all year and carries passengers up to the ridge of the Izera Mountains, offering a wide panorama of the surrounding ranges.
The winter season brings a ski run of about 2,500 m for skiers and snowboarders, a cross-country trail, hiking routes and the 720 m long Coaster toboggan track. A ski school helps beginners, and equipment can be rented on site.
Outside the winter season the resort focuses on cycling and hiking — the gondola shortens the ascent, and ridge trails lead from Stóg Izerski. The complex has a restaurant, a bike rental and accommodation, so a stay can easily be extended by a few days.
