The ski lift in Morsko operates next to the Morsko Plus holiday centre, in the Kraków-Częstochowa Jura near Zawiercie. It is a small station with gentle slopes, aimed at families and people taking their first steps on skis. For residents of northern Silesia it is the closest place for winter recreation.
Three slopes are available, including a nursery slope for children and beginners, served by button lifts and a magic carpet. The offer is rounded off by a forest ski run of about 500 metres. The runs are not technically demanding, so beginner and intermediate skiers will feel comfortable here. Equipment rental operates on site.
The centre offers rooms and cabins, which makes it easy to combine skiing with a tour of the Jura castles — Ogrodzieniec and Bobolice are a short drive away. Check whether the lift is running before you set out; when snow is lacking, longer closures do occur.
