The Pod Starym Groniem ski station lies in Brenna, in the Silesian Beskids, north-east of Bielsko-Biała. The runs follow the northern slope of Stary Groń, which helps the snow cover last longer. From the piste there is a broad panorama of the surrounding peaks.
The main facility is a 631 m T-bar lift serving a run for intermediate and advanced skiers. A separate, 100 m lift is set aside for teaching children. All the slopes are floodlit, so skiing is also possible after dark.
On site there is the Kubusiowe Przedszkole ski kindergarten for the youngest visitors and a ski school licensed by SITN-PZN. Equipment can be rented without leaving the station, and between runs you can warm up in the bar and restaurant with a fireplace. This is a place for families and learners rather than for those looking for long, demanding descents.
