The Nosal Ski Training Centre lies in Zakopane, at the foot of the distinctive peak that closes the valley from the east. It is a station with short, gentle runs, designed above all as a training base. It takes only a few minutes to get there from the town centre, which makes it a convenient choice for a few hours on the snow.
Six runs of varying difficulty are available, ranging from a few dozen to about 250 metres in length. Rentals of skis, boards and clothing operate on site, along with an equipment service. Short descents and short distances between the lifts mean that a single visit allows for many repetitions.
A ski and snowboard school runs individual and group courses for children, teenagers and adults. The youngest visitors have their own play zone with a mini toboggan track and a carousel, and between descents you can rest in the inn by the bottom station.
