Czorsztyn Ski lies in Kluszkowce, on the slopes of Wdżar rising above Lake Czorsztyńskie, next to the Pieniny and Gorce ranges. It is one of the better known ski resorts in this part of Podhale and operates all year round — in winter as a ski station, in summer as a base for mountain trips.
Skiers and snowboarders have nine runs of varying difficulty at their disposal, from short beginner sections to a descent of over a kilometre, served by eight lifts. There is a school offering private lessons, group classes and multi-day courses, plus a ski and snowboard rental and a service workshop. Cross-country trails have also been marked out nearby, both easy loops and longer routes.
Once the snow melts, Wdżar attracts hikers and cyclists. A toboggan run operates here and an educational path leads through the Papal Gorge. In the nearby quarry climbers use rock of volcanic origin.
