The Stożek Ski Resort lies on the slope of Wielki Stożek in the Silesian Beskids, on the western side of Wisła, close to the Czech border. The station works all year: in winter as a ski resort, in summer as a base for hikers and cyclists.
The runs cover the full range of difficulty, from blue to black, and are linked in such a way that different descent combinations can be put together. A cable car carries skiers to the upper section, while a button lift serves the lower part. A ski school, a rental of skis and boards, and an equipment service operate on site.
In the summer season a Bike Park with downhill trails is open, and the cable car takes visitors to the top effortlessly. On the summit of Wielki Stożek stands a mountain hut with food and beds, and a panorama of the Beskids opens up from there.
