A 750 mm narrow-gauge line

The Rogów railway runs from the station in Rogów, in the Brzeziny district, via Jeżów and Rawa Mazowiecka to Biała Rawska. It was built over a century ago as a goods line serving nearby villages, sawmills and brickworks, and once freight traffic ended it was taken over by railway enthusiasts. Today the station, the engine shed and the rolling stock form a living museum of technology on the border of the Łódź region and Mazovia.

Tourist services

In summer, roughly from May to October, trains run at weekends towards Jeżów and Biała Rawska. Outside the season there are special services: harvest-festival, Saint Nicholas and winter-holiday trains. The timetable changes from year to year, so it is worth checking the date of your trip in advance. Groups can charter a whole train.

What else is on site

At Rogów Towarowy Wąskotorowy station you can see historic locomotives and carriages along with the workshop facilities, and group visits may also include a handcar ride and the use of a campfire site. A journey in an open carriage through fields and woodland is a quiet attraction of about an hour that children take to easily.
