Wieś Paszowice
The Radogost hill lies in the Paszowice district, where the Kaczawa Mountains meet their foothills. On its summit stands a historic viewing tower of the same name, brought back into use after years of neglect. It is one of the better exposed vantage points in this part of Lower Silesia — the hill stands out clearly above the surrounding fields and woods.
From the platform you can see the ridge of the Kaczawa Mountains, and in clear weather the Karkonosze range as well, with the broad Lower Silesian Plain on the opposite side. A short climb of about twenty minutes leads to the top from the car park near the palace in Kłonice; you can also arrive on the red waymarked trail or by the cycle path. On the way you pass the old Imperial Spring, Kaiserquelle, with a board explaining its history.
Next to the car park there is a designated campfire site, used for short stops and bivouacs. Those who reach the summit collect a sticker for the Explorer's Passport. The climb is easy but unsurfaced, and can be slippery after rain.
