Kolejowa 14, Zwierzyniec
Eskulapa organises kayaking trips in Zwierzyniec, at the gateway to the Roztocze National Park. The base is a point on Kolejowa Street, from where participants set off on routes along the upper course of the Wieprz. The river flows calmly here, meandering among forests and meadows, so the trip requires neither experience nor strength.
Routes are arranged between Obrocz and Szczebrzeszyn, and their length is matched to the group, from a short few-hour stretch to a full-day expedition. The organiser provides kayaks, life jackets, transport to the start and a return transfer, so there is no logistics to worry about. Fallen trees and shallows appear along the way and are passed by portaging or pulling the kayak.
Zwierzyniec is a natural base for exploring Roztocze: the Echo ponds with tarpan horses, the church on the water and trails into the national park are all close by. The trip is best combined with warm, settled weather.
