Promenada Światowida, Wieś Jastrzębia Góra
The Wax Museum operates in Jastrzębia Góra, on the Światowida Promenade, a few steps from the seaside walkway and the paths down to the beach. The display gathers life-size figures of people from the world of film, sport, music and politics, made with attention to facial features, hair and costume.
The tour leads through several arranged scenes in which the figures stand in characteristic poses, so you can step beside them and take a photo. A separate part is prepared for the youngest visitors: a room with heroes of fairy tales and animated films. Seeing everything takes little time, which is why the museum often serves as an addition to a walk around the resort.
It is a good option for a day with rain or a strong sea wind, when the beach is out of the question. Nearby it is also worth visiting Rozewie with its lighthouses and cliff, and the viewpoint by the Gwiazda Północy obelisk.
