KajakowePonidzie.pl is a local rental company running kayak trips on the Nida in the Ponidzie area of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The Nida is a lowland river with a lazy current and numerous meanders — one of the easier kayaking routes in Poland, open also to people without experience. The base is the village of Czarkowy in the Busko district.
Trips run on sections near Wiślica, Nowy Korczyn, Chroberz, Pińczów, Jurków and Nieprowice. The river crosses areas protected within the Natura 2000 network: backwaters, oxbow lakes and the gypsum hills of the Nida Basin. From the water you see parts of the landscape that cannot be reached from the road.
The company provides two-person kayaks with paddles, buoyancy aids and waterproof phone cases, delivers the equipment to the start and collects it once the trip ends. On selected routes drivers can count on a shuttle back to their car. The route and its length are agreed individually.
