A navigation lock at the Smolice barrage on the canalised Upper Vistula, on the border of the Silesian and Lesser Poland voivodeships (Miedźna commune area). One of the steps of the Upper Vistula Cascade, enabling navigation of vessels up to 1,000 tonnes.
