St. John's Mine - Geopark in Krobica

The "St. John's Mine" underground tourist route is a geopark presenting historical methods of metal extraction in one of the oldest mines in Poland, in the Izera Mountains.

Location and surroundings

The site is located in Krobica (Mirsk municipality) in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, near Świeradów-Zdrój.

History and what to see

The route leads through an underground passage approx. 350 m long, through two adits and 13 educational stations, complemented by an approximately 8-kilometre surface route. The geopark belongs to the Lower Silesian Trail of Mysterious Underground.
