Railway Bridges over the Łyna in Lidzbark Warmiński

Historic railway bridges over the Łyna valley in Lidzbark Warmiński - one on the line to Sątopy-Samulewo, the other on the line to Czerwonka (line no. 224).

Structure

  • A three-span bridge with a central through-truss span.
  • The spans rest on masonry pillars.
  • The bridge was probably destroyed in 1945 and rebuilt; the central span was replaced in 1983.

Current state

A paved walking path has been created, allowing access to the eastern span of the bridge.
