A historic watermill in Świeradów-Zdrój, one of the few structures of its kind in Lower Silesia, open to visitors as a museum presenting the journey "from grain to loaf".
Visitors can view an exhibition of milling machinery dating from 1890, a replica of a water wheel more than 6 m in diameter and a historic, roughly hundred-year-old bread oven. The site illustrates the former process of bread production.
An attraction for families and tourists visiting the Świeradów-Zdrój spa town and the Izera Mountains.
The site is open daily 10:00-18:00, last admission at 17:00. Organised groups are kindly asked to book in advance by phone.
