Upper Silesian Ethnographic Park Museum in Chorzów

An open-air museum created in 1974 (opened to visitors in 1975), located on about 22 hectares, with nearly 80 examples of rural architecture from the historic area of Upper Silesia and the Dąbrowa Basin (18th - early 20th century).

Windmill and mill

Among the valuable structures is a wooden windmill from Grzawa dating from 1813, described as the last windmill in Silesia, brought from the area of Pszczyna. Another important structure is the mill from Imielin, dated probably to the first half of the 18th century, consisting of a residential and a milling part. The watermill and windmill underwent comprehensive renovations, and the missing equipment was reconstructed.
