Post windmill in Bierzglowo

A historic 19th-century post windmill (kozlak) in Bierzglowo near Torun. It is about 150 years old; the last miller operated it in 1958.

History and current use

  • In 2007 the miller's family handed over the ruined building to the local parish.
  • Restored in 2011 for the purposes of ecological and historical education.
  • Access to the interior is limited; workshops for groups in summer.
