The Old Mine in Wałbrzych is a revitalised complex of the former Julia Hard Coal Mine - the largest post-industrial tourist attraction in Poland. The site opened on 9 November 2014.
The complex covers an area of 4.5 hectares of historic post-industrial buildings with authentic equipment, including the mine's machine park made available to visitors. The group of 14 mine buildings has been entered in the register of monuments of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. In 2015 the site was added to the European Route of Industrial Heritage (ERIH).
The Museum of Industry and Technology presenting the history of coal and mining, the Contemporary Art Gallery, and the Centre of Unique Ceramics with workshops.

Daily 10:00-18:00, guided tours (departures on the hour), last entry at 16:00.
